Moving into a New Space

Hi, Loves!

I just wanted to have a check in and update you all with the news that I'm about a month away from moving to Portland now. Lately, I've been super inspired and been doing a lot of pondering on how I can decorate my new house I'm moving into. This will be the first time I'll be living with my boyfriend Grant and we couldn't be any happier, excited and ready for this amazing adventure to begin together. We are a week away until we depart ways with San Diego and begin our long drive up to Portland, Oregon.

In the meantime, I'll be pinning away some bedroom and interior inspiration like there's no tomorrow. I'm envisioning all the looks above into our new place a little minimal, boho, serene and cozy. I hope to share a tour in photos down the road once we are settled in...

It's all I can think about guys! I'm so excited!

Until next time though I hope the rest of your week is going well loves.

De luvia Skin Care & Cosmtics

Hi, Loves!

TGIF everyone, I'm so stoked that it's the weekend and it summertime even though it's 100 degrees...

One thing I've always struggled with in the summertime is wearing my full face makeup. There's nothing worse than feeling the sweaty liquid lines of your foundation running down the sides of your face as you walk into the blinding sunlight midsummers day.

Now, you might think I'm somewhat crazy to tell you that I'm found a solution to this problem but it involves mineral makeup. Yes all natural mineral makeup is most definitely the way to go especially in the summertime. I can speak from experience that this wonderful makeup line has quickly become my new favorite so much so that I'm beginning to run out.

If you guys haven't heard of Deluvia Skin Care nows your chance to learn more. Based out of hot humid Florida their natural dead sea salt mineral skin care products have been working wonders for me. Recently this unique company sent me some products to try and boy how I've been loving them. I have more posts coming your way on another review on the actual skin care products but today I wanted to share about the makeup.

Here's an example of me wearing a full face of their mineral makeup including the De Mure mascara, mineral foundation and eye shadows. All together I think makes for a flawless finished look. What do you guys think?

If you want to check out their site to learn more click their website link here.

I hope you guys have enjoyed this and stay tuned for more reviews on this company because I've fallen in love. I may even do a giveaway if you're lucky ; )

Until next time, enjoy your weekend loves!

Hi, Loves!

I've missed you all and I'm so glad to be back and posting here now that it's August. Phew, it's hot lately... At the moment I'm writing this in my bedroom which is currently 81 degrees so bear with me here.

Anyways, today I'm here in to show you how I still layer my looks, in the summer despite this crazy heat. The outfit above was a lot of fun to style and made me feel a little bit of a rocker chic badass mainly due to the fact that it's all black. I like to mix things up though as you guys probably already know by now. A little bit rocker boho vintage chic is what I'm all about.

My favorite thing about this look has to be the graphic dress I'm wearing underneath the mesh one cuz I can style it so many ways. In the fall I think I'll pair it with leggings or as a bathing suit cover up when I head to the beach. I am afraid to wash it in warm in the washing machine cuz if it shrinks anymore it's going to have to become a shirt, but then, in that case, I'll just pair it with jeans and rock a moto jacket in the winter. Basically being creative with what I've got is one of my favorite things to do while dressing.

Sometimes if I like an item too much to get rid of it but it doesn't fit or work quite right I often cut it up, sew it up and change it how I think suits me best. So if you've ever seen an item I've posted about and it looks slightly different now you know why I had my way with it ; )

Alright, that's it for now folks! I'll be posting throughout the week so stay tuned and be sure to check back.
